IMPORTANT NOTE:
*Make sure CORRECT ITEM is selected/ code being selected in your cart before hitting payment.
*Make sure correct SHIPPING ADDRESS is filled out correctly before placing an order.
*For CUSTOM ORDERS, please fill out our custom form (that will be sent seperately by us after we received your order) and provide the details youโd like to add to the your product OR portrait (e.g. blue eyes/ any birth mark).

๐พ [Apparels] - DO YOU HAVE MENโS & WOMENโS SIZING?
Our clothing sizes are all unisex. Choose from small, medium, large, x-large sizes to get your desired look. Our t-shirts run true-to-size.
๐พ [Bags/ Apparels] MY DESIRED ITEM & COLOUR ARE OUT-OF-STOCKโฆHOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
With global supply shortages, we do our best to stay ahead of inventory restocks. Due to demand, sometimes we sell out of a particular size and color combination, which takes a few weeks to replenish/ or once itโs out, itโs out.

Shipping & Handling
๐พ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
NON-CUSTOM ORDERS: MERCH/ (PREMADE) LEASH TALKERS will be processed in 1-5 business days.
ALL CUSTOM ITEMS: EMBROIDERY/ PORTRAITS/ WAX SEALS STAMPS/ LEASH TALKERS are usually processed in 3-4 weeks during the regular season. The turnaround time can be longer during and after new collection drops, restocks, and the holiday season: 4-6 weeks.
Your custom items are handmade/ designed by us (we donโt use apps/ AI, and it will be all digitally drawn) in the order they came in, theyโll be all specifically made just for you and your pup!
Once the products are shipped, an email confirmation will be sent.
The estimated shipping time frame is NOT our turn-around time.

If your order includes: BOTH non-custom + custom orders, turnaround time will be in reference to CUSTOM items: 3-4 weeks (regular season); 4-6 weeks (drops/ holiday season). If youโd like to receive your non-custom item in advance, please put in your order seperately.
๐พ IS THE PACKAGE TRACKABLE?
STICKER & LEASH TALKERS- sent via regular mail (or oversized mail), and tracking number is NOT available. For deliveries within Canada, orders are often received within 1-2 weeks.
Deliveries to the US should expect 2-3 weeks delivery window.
OTHERS - we will send other items with tracking # as you donโt want your valuable items to be lost! We sent via local courier.

Yes, pick-up is ONLY available: when there is UPCOMING MARKET that weโll be attending. Please visit our โMarket & Event Pageโ for latest updates.

๐พ DOES STICKMโUP SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, Stick MโUp ships to anywhere in the world where you and your pup at :) Shipping cost will be available at the checkout page.
Returns & Exchanges
* Each item is being handled with care to avoid damage during production and shipping.
* However, things may happen out of the blue - send me a picture of the damaged product and we will try our best to assist you.
